SPIRITUAL MUSIC
Michael Levine has always written about deeply spiritual themes, even in his “secular†music. In the past few years, he has delved more deeply into his spiritual quest, exploring many religions & integrating them with his Jewish background. You will find him singing new melodies to Hebrew prayers, leading Jewish Meditation & singing at various synagogues, Buddhist Centers and events throughout the southeast. In late 2010, Mic joined with vocalist and pianist Bonnie Puckett to form the duo Sunmoon Pie. The two of them harmonize and sing secular & Hebrew songs inspired by Jewish themes. You can hear their music & watch their videos at www.sunmoonpie.com. Mic also performs concerts for many Jewish schools & preschools.
